7 Modules, in 2 tracks, are spread throughout a year and tackle a variety of skills such as leading yourself, leading projects and leading others. Communicating your message is also an important part of the course. As well as the competencies necessary to be an effective leader, you will also look at the values and attitudes required of a leader and discover the passion needed to keep you going.
